    Position Summary

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and finds purpose in making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

    The Wealth Advisor will:

    • Serve as a relationship manager for both new and existing clients of the firm

    • Deliver comprehensive financial planning with an emphasis on retirement and tax strategies

    • Provide proactive, high-touch service to build client confidence and trust

    • Partner with the business development team to onboard new client relationships

    This role centers on client service and relationship management rather than prospecting. Advisors who bring in new clients through their own networks will be eligible for a business development bonus.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience and professional designations

    • Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, and two Saturday mornings per month

    About You

    Education & Experience

    • 5+ years providing financial planning services in a client-facing role

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Financial Planning or related field preferred

    Licenses & Designations

    • CFP® designation preferred

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, approachable way

    • Strong analytical skills and sound independent judgment

    • Professional presence with a proven ability to build trusted relationships

    • Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

    • Tech-savvy, process-oriented, and adaptable to new tools and systems

    Technology We Use

    • eMoney: financial planning

    • Holistiplan: tax planning

    • Redtail CRM: client management

    • Schwab Advisor Center: custodian platform

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Develop and present comprehensive wealth management strategies, including retirement income planning, tax planning, estate planning, education funding, insurance review, charitable giving, employee benefits, and asset allocation

    • Provide proactive communication and timely follow-up to ensure clients feel supported and confident

    • Lead quarterly review calls and annual planning meetings to keep clients on track with their goals

    • Collaborate with clients’ outside professionals (estate attorneys, CPAs, insurance agents, etc.) to ensure cohesive strategies

    • Partner closely with the internal team to deliver a seamless client experience
